A case report of stage-IV TNBC patient with VUS mutation treated with adjunct Ayurvedic treatment (ICTRC)

Nature of Work Handled

  • Managing various processes such as CRS preparation, data collection, data validation, patient counselling, patient investigation, and follow-up; adapting to the varying expectations in the respective job environment
  • Maintaining close relationship with clinical investigators to improve protocol compliance, improving serious adverse event reporting, meeting timelines by closely working with clinical sites
  • Enhancing critical clinical data flow through extra-mandated delegation between clinic & data management crew
  • Creating and developing FDA compliant data management modules, ensuring adherence to the protocol and compliance with ICH guidelines, GCPs and FDA regulations
  • Providing clinical trial communications, regulatory compliance and contract/budget negotiation
  • Coordinating, monitoring and managing all activities of pharmacy, administrative and supportive staff in accordance with best clinical practice guidelines
  • Collaborating with advanced practice nurses and physicians while conducting pre-study visits, staff orientation, patient screening and data collection; enrolling follow-up, data entry, query resolution, study closure
  • Designing and conducting clinical evaluation, submitting specimens and data to collaborated laboratories and ensuring proper storage of samples prior to transfer
  • Managed and diagnosed the patients with cardiovascular issues and analyzed results, coordinated and executed experiments and assessed results
  • Rendered clinical and patient counselling on the diet and regular exercise to speed-up the recovery process 

Research Work

  • Presented a paper on efficacy of “Suvarna Bhasmadi Yog” in Cancer Patients w.s.r. to Quality of Life in the IVth International Conference on Ayurveda for Cancer by Integrated Cancer Treatment & Research Centre on 3rd – 4th Nov’12; mitigated the side effects of cancer medicine with Yog and Ayurveda
  • Presented “Cancer Case Reports” in Seminar and Awareness Workshop “Integrative Oncology” held at Integrated Cancer Treatment & Research Centre, Mumbai on 2nd August 2015
